Triathlon Alberta is the governing body for triathlon and multisport in the province of Alberta.
Triathlon Alberta is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time position (35 hours / week). The position will be based in Edmonton, AB and will be for 16 weeks.
Roles and Responsibilities
Website updates
AG world spots confirmations
Club championship points table updates
Event registrations for annual and day membership confirmations
Building out any registrations in CCN Bikes
Helping out with events for social media
Criminal Record checks/Respect in sport checks
Qualifications and Experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
Computer skills in MS Office and Google are required.
Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
