We are very excited to introduce a three-part Nutrition Webinar Series that is applicable to all athletes and will count as a professional development opportunity for coaches in the locker.
Who will be teaching it?
Katie Henderson is a Registered Dietitian in Edmonton AB. Her background in running and triathlons fuels her passion to educate athletes on what to eat to improve their performance. Whether it's off season, peak training season, fuelling endurance events, or recovery nutrition, Katie loves working with all kinds of athletes to teach them how to fuel their body best and support their athletic goals.
