Edmonton, Alberta - On June 3, 2018 at 7:37pm Mountain Time, a Special General Meeting was held online at www.uberconference.com/triathlon to discuss Appointment of Auditors and Bylaw Changes to move to a skills-based Board of Directors to facilitate more effective governance, changes to make the Directors more involved and accountable and spelling and grammar changes.
